SIA 5999 Film Finishing Discs (Pack of 50 Discs)

The latest addition from sia Abrasives (GB) completes the full sanding range for D.A. machine
sanding. 5999 siafilm discs are the final compliment to the paper abrasive range, 1950
siaspeed and and the siaair velvet range. Designed for solid surface and high gloss paint and
lacquer applications, extensive tests on the new discs have shown highly successful results.

• Heat treated Aluminium Oxide grit for durability and life
• Stearate coating to prevent clogging and to produce superior performance and life
• Film Backing is resistant to tearing and creasing – ideal for corners, edges and contours
• High tech bonding technology prevents grit shredding to achieve consistent scratch patterns and quality finish
• Extended life and durability achieved due to latest bonding technology
• In fine grits 800 – 1500 a Polyester Film backing gives a uniformly even surface for consistent performance.
