Industrial-grade mounted points are available in vitrified bond, resin bond, center lap and cotton fiber, and come in a variety of shapes and spindle dimensions. Our mounted points will reduce operator fatigue with fast, free cutting grinding and finishing capability.
Choose from the following types of mounted points we have available:
- Vitrified Bond Mounted Points - highest stock removal, cool cut - perfect for investment castings operations.
- Resin Bond Mounted Points - will last 4x longer and cut 2x faster than aluminium oxide mounted points.
- Cotton Fibre Mounted Points - blend and polish point, ideal for tool and die, aerospace, automtoive and foundries.
- Center Lap Mounted Points - center lap mounted points are used on Excell-O center lap and similar machines.
